Woodpond Area

The Woodridge Lake Association is a private lake community straddling the Farmington and West Hartford, CT line. It is a highly sought after location in West Hartford and Farmington. Members of the association enjoy a very private setting with exclusive access to the lake. There is fishing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and in the winter, skating. The use of the association property is restricted to members only.

Access to I-84 or Route 9 highways is literally minutes or seconds depending on where you live in relation to the lake. Woodpond (or Woodridge Lake) is also very close to Westfarms Mall, Buena Vista Golf Course, and the related facilities including Cornerstone Aquatic Center, Veterans Rink, public tennis courts, the community garden and the Art League. It would be hard pressed to find a more convenient location in central Connecticut!

In general, the elementary school associated with homes in the Woodpond area is Wolcott.  Below are the active and newly listed homes in the Wolcott Elementary district in West Hartford. The homes listed are not all in the Woodpond area or have access to the Woodridge Lake Association.  You have to ask your Realtor!
